Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping on orders can take up to 9 business days. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of each item. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

This shipping time frame does not apply to unforeseen circumstances which may include but are not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, peak holiday seasons, or high order volumes.

Please double check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. If there is an error please contact us immediately. Once you have received your shipping confirmation and tracking number we cannot accept any changes.

Organixsoul, LLC will not be held responsible for the following; Issues regarding PO Boxes, errors made by the shipping carrier, wrong addresses provided by customers and/or incorrect items purchased by customers at checkout. In the event that a package is returned to us we may contact you to see how you would like to proceed.
